Not only is volunteering one of the most rewarding activities in your life, but it has an immeasurable positive effect on our residents.
Even though we provide our residents with a full day of activities to choose from, they truly blossom from interaction with visitors. Those individuals who are bound to their rooms and have no outside contact especially benefit from time spent with our volunteers.
We Offer a Rich Assortment of St. Margaret’s Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers at St. Margaret’s help with a wide range of activities. When you work with our Activities Director, they will take the time to learn about what your interests are and how you would most like to be helpful.
We’ll then match you up with activities that will be fun and rewarding for you. Some of the things our volunteers often assist with include:

⦁ Calling BINGO
⦁ Helping vision- and hear-impaired residents with games
⦁ Escorting residents to our multipurpose room for functions
⦁ Socializing with residents
⦁ Helping residents FaceTime with family members
